A fun, energetic infrared studio in Tosa Village running a dry 85-95F heat across hot power, vinyasa and barre - explicitly not a Bikram room.
What stands out
A great-value intro (three classes for $15), a friendly no-ego atmosphere, and infrared dry heat that many find easier on the body than forced air.
The honest tradeoff
The pace can run fast and varies a lot by instructor, and a few reviewers found it not beginner-friendly - worth easing in with a gentler class first.
