An established, friendly community with the familiar 105F mix - 105F Bikram, hot vinyasa, hot pilates and warm yin - and passes good at all four studios.
The honest tradeoff
Parking is street/residential only, and as with all 105F studios the heat varies by format, so pick deliberately.
