What to know about hot yoga in Chicago
Drop-in classes in Chicago run about $29-35, and most studios offer a cheap intro deal - two- to three-week unlimited intros around $55-75 are the best way to sample. Monthly unlimited memberships range from roughly $99-150 at independents and traditional studios to $159-240 at the premium chains. Several studios lock you into a three-month minimum, so read the terms before signing. Amenities vary: the premium chains and most 105F and CorePower locations have showers and full locker rooms, but a few - including 105F's original Wicker Park studio - have none, so check before counting on a post-class shower. Chicago winters make a hot room especially appealing from January through March, when classes fill up; book ahead in that window, hydrate well and bring a towel and water.
