Our review of Y2 Yoga Dilworth
The newer, quieter half of Y2 - a freshly renovated room on Park Road in historic Dilworth, with the one thing almost no Charlotte studio has: a commercial humidifier.
What stands out
Infrared panels heat you rather than the air, which is comfortable but can leave a room dry enough to sting. Pairing them with a commercial humidifier is the fix, and Y2 Dilworth is the only studio in Charlotte doing it - if you have ever come out of an infrared class with a raw throat, this is the room that solves it. The renovation is recent, the space is smaller and calmer than the Cotswold flagship, and the same excellent Y2 discounts apply: half price for students, 30% off for seniors, $99/mo for military.
The honest tradeoff
At 4.3 stars across just 25 reviews this is the least-established studio on this page - the room is new and the verdict is not in. As at Cotswold, only two class types publish a temperature and the full price list is locked inside the Walla app. The schedule is also noticeably thinner than the flagship's, with a midday gap every weekday and a 4pm Sunday close.
Best for
Dilworth locals who want Y2's pricing without the flagship's volume, and anyone whose throat has been wrecked by dry infrared heat before.
