YogaSix Highland Creek
Highland Creek, Charlotte, NC
Our review of YogaSix Highland Creek
The graded on-ramp, in far north Charlotte. YogaSix numbers every class so you know the intensity before you book - and at 5am on a weekday, it opens earlier than anything else in the city.
What stands out
For a nervous beginner the numbered format system is the most useful thing a studio can offer: you walk into Y6 101 knowing exactly what you are getting, then climb to Hot, Power or Sculpt & Flow when you are ready. Heated and unheated formats share one schedule, so you are never forced into the hot room on a day you do not want it. The 5am weekday opening is the earliest in Charlotte, which if you have a commute and a family is not a small thing. Mats and towels available if you turn up empty-handed.
The honest tradeoff
No prices and no room temperatures published anywhere - the $36 three-class intro is the only number you get, and after that you are calling the studio. There is no late entry at all, a $10 fee if you cancel inside 8 hours and $15 if you simply do not show. And Highland Creek is a genuinely long way from central Charlotte; this is a studio for people who already live up here.
Best for
Highland Creek and north Charlotte residents, early risers, and absolute beginners who want the most structured introduction to heat in the city.
