What stands out
Six named classes, six temperatures, published openly - nobody else in the city grades heat this precisely. SWEATY ST8 at 104F is the hottest scheduled class in Louisville outside the Bikram rooms, and STILL at 80F is a genuine recovery option in the same studio, on the same membership. SLAY brings TRX and resistance bands into a 95F room, which is a format you will not find anywhere else in town. A thousand feet down Shelbyville Road from Hot Yoga Louisville, so the two are directly comparable - and this is the one for people who want variety over lineage.
The honest tradeoff
Pricing lives entirely inside the Arketa app. Nothing on the website tells you what a membership or a class pack costs, so the $30 three-class intro is effectively a paywall you have to walk through before you can compare. Amenities are equally unpublished - no confirmation of showers, mats or towels anywhere on the site. And the brand naming, while charming, means you will spend your first week working out what STRETCHY ST8 actually is.
