Midlo Hot Yoga & Wellness
Midlothian, Richmond, VA
Our review of Midlo Hot Yoga & Wellness
Midlothian's own hot yoga room, and the most straightforward studio in the Richmond market to actually buy from. Opened in 2014 as Hot House Yoga Midlo, it went independent in 2025 and now runs under its own name.
What stands out
The pricing is the story: $139 a month unlimited, no contract, cancel online whenever you like. In a market where three studios lock you into three-month minimums and two do not publish rates at all, that is a genuinely different posture toward the customer - and $10 to $30 cheaper than the alternatives. The room itself is quiet by policy, dimly lit, with air cycled in from outside through UV-lit ductwork. Rentals are cheap enough ($3-$4) that you can show up empty-handed, and your first visit is free of them entirely.
The honest tradeoff
The style range is narrow - hot vinyasa and hot yin, and that is essentially it. No sculpt, no Pilates, no Bikram. Class cards expire after a year to eighteen months and the studio has held firm on that when people have asked for extensions, so buy the membership rather than a pack if your schedule is unpredictable. Popular slots, Sundays especially, can run full.
Best for
Chesterfield and Midlothian practitioners, and anyone who wants a month-to-month membership without a contract. Not the pick if you want format variety.
