The only hot yoga studio in San Diego you can bring a baby to. Hapa runs a 100-105F room and a prenatal programme in the same building, which almost nowhere else manages.
What stands out
Prenatal classes, Baby & Me, and kids' classes sit alongside a genuinely hot 100-105F Hatha room - and the studio treats all of it as one practice rather than as a side business. Cheapest drop-in of any dedicated hot studio in the city at $27, and the $55 intro month is priced to be used rather than to look good on a poster. Monthly membership cancels with a week's notice, no minimum term, which puts it among the fairest contracts in San Diego. Reiki, breathwork and sound healing round it out.
The honest tradeoff
Amenities are entirely unpublished - no confirmation of showers, lockers or mats anywhere on the site, which matters when the room hits 105F and you have to drive home. The annual plan cannot be frozen or refunded under any circumstances, and all sales are final. And Mission Valley is a commuter location; there is nothing here to walk to afterwards.
Best for
Parents, expectant parents, and anyone who wants serious heat without a serious contract. Call ahead about showers.
