What stands out
If you work downtown, this is effectively the only place you can take a genuinely hot class without getting in a car. The heat is the chain standard and it is honest: 96-98F for Power Flow, 98-100F for HOT YB with weights. The 6am start and the 8:30pm finish are built for people with jobs, and the studio is run as a partnership with local co-owners rather than a corporate outpost, which the reviews notice. The honest tradeoff
No showers - and this is the location where that hurts most. A downtown studio whose whole logic is 'practise before or after work' with nowhere to rinse off is a genuinely odd design decision, and it is chain-wide, so no amount of asking will change it. No towel rental either. Prices are not published. Downtown parking is what it is.
Best for
East Village and downtown workers who want heat within walking distance of the office. Plan your shower situation before you book the 7am.
