What stands out
Lifting weights at speed in a 93-95F room is not what most people picture when they hear yoga, and Sculpt here is exactly that. The heat is the chain standard, honestly published: 96-98F Power Flow, 93-95F Sculpt, 98-100F HOT YB. Reviewers single out consent-asking on hands-on adjustments, which is not universal in this city, and the restore classes are genuinely restorative rather than a warm-down. Three free days.
The honest tradeoff
No showers, no towel rental, no published prices - the chain-wide trio. The doors lock at the start of class and the reviews are emphatic about it, so West Washington traffic is your problem, not theirs. Bring cold water; several reviewers who did not, regretted it.
