What stands out
The reviews here keep saying the same thing: it is smaller than the other Yoga Boxes, and people prefer it that way. You get the same graded heat as the rest of the chain - 96-98F Power Flow, 93-95F Sculpt, 98-100F HOT YB - in a room where the instructor can actually see you. Adams Avenue is a genuinely walkable neighbourhood, so class here is a thing you do rather than a thing you drive to. And the trial is free for three days, with no card games attached.
The honest tradeoff
The Yoga Box constraints apply in full: no showers anywhere in the chain, no towel rental (bring your own), and no prices published online. The smaller room that makes this location good also makes it fill - the popular evening slots go, and there is no late admittance, so a missed booking is a missed class.
