Our review of YogaSix Point Loma

The graded on-ramp. YogaSix numbers every class so you know its intensity before you book, and two of its six formats are heated. At Liberty Station, it is the only hot option.

What stands out

For a nervous beginner the numbered format system is the single most useful thing a studio can offer - you walk into Y6 101 knowing exactly what you are getting, and climb to Power Flow or Sculpt when you are ready. Heated and unheated classes share one schedule, so you are never forced into the hot room on a day you do not want it. Liberty Station is an easy, low-stress location with parking on both sides, which in this city counts.

The honest tradeoff

At 4.3 stars this is the lowest public score of any studio on this page, and the reviews suggest why: the experience varies sharply by instructor, and the heated classes are milder than the room you may be expecting. No prices online, no room temperatures published - the studio simply tells you to call. And because heated and unheated share a schedule, you have to read class descriptions carefully to be sure you are booking heat at all.

Best for

Absolute beginners who want the most structured introduction to heat in San Diego, and Liberty Station and Point Loma residents. Not for heat seekers or price comparers.
